Your Neighborhood Shopper is owned by Top Hat Marketing - De Pere, WI.  The shopper magazine is a direct mail coupon magazine sent directly to residential homes in the Green Bay and DePere areas.  For less than 1 cent per home you can advertise your business. 

 

The shopper online brings these local neighborhoods to the world wide web so you can get to know these businesses and interact with them in a social networking environment.  Much like our very own customized "Facebook", the Shopper Online is a community of neighbors, interacting, sharing ideas, and sharing experiences.  Local business can also be listed on YourNeighborhoodShopper.com.  Anyone can join the Shopper Online for free.
